VISION TRADER – CUSTOM LICENSE AGREEMENT (TERMS OF USE)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Lyink Jr (“Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your use of the Vision Trader mobile application (“App”) available on the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and Apple’s App Store terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers paid access under the name Premium Access, including the following plans:

  • Weekly Subscription

  • Monthly Subscription

  • Yearly Subscription

  • Lifetime Access (one-time payment)

Prices are displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and yearly) automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

3. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when the user purchases a paid subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App

  • Interfere with the proper operation or security of the App

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, trademarks, logos, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Lyink Jr and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate any part of this Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will operate without interruptions or errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyink Jr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law rules.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
